Piute Pass Run - March 21, 2010
Just wanted to let the running community know that after the past few days with temperatures peaking in the 70's in the valley, the snow in the high country has hardened enough to run on. Highway 168 is plowed of snow all the way to Sabrina Reservoir with the gate locked just above Aspendell. Leave early and take running crampons. The photo posted is taken from Upper Piute Basin looking towards the pass early Sunday morning.
